Having practiced Dentistry for 45 years in Lafayette, my employees were the profit creators of my business. I have always believed they should share in the profits and were deserving of a decent standard of living. Growing up I saw my dad walk picket lines, struggle for better wages, and fight for a better life for our family. I saw how policies from the Democratic Party and FDR’s New Deal helped the working people in the 1950’s and 60’s. History tells us that Progressive Values will have to be on the bargaining table when investing in Louisiana’s future and improving the quality of life for our children.
