My Name is Rachel Foreman, LCSW. My passion for helping people led me to earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology at UL and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from LSU. In 2013, I made the decision to open my private practice. The success of my business has allowed me the freedom to help people, sometimes regardless of their financial situations. Though sometimes exhausting, it is very fulfilling and I appreciate the opportunity to do so. I registered as an Independent as soon as I reached voting age. It was only a few years ago that I got the calling to register as a Democrat. I realized that the values and political beliefs of the party were much more in line with mine. I am now a member of several local progressive organizations. I seek to promote their values and beliefs to help make a difference in our city, state and country.
